Regular briefings for representatives of the diplomatic corps accredited to Hungary

Since March 2005 the Szazadveg Foundation organises regular briefings on a monthly basis for ambassadors, and for political and economic experts of embassies accredited to Hungary .

The aim of the programme is to assist the evaluation and analysis of domestic political and economic processes by informing participating representatives and experts. With this continues consultation between the parties Szazadveg wishes to contribute to the deeper understanding of Hungarian political and economic processes also in foreign countries.  

In the framework of the briefing the representatives of Szazadveg inform the participants about:

• The development of the general domestic political situation;
• Developments and issues within political parties,
• Government politics, latest issues, and perspectives;
• A macro level evaluation of the economical situation;
• An empirical analysis of voting behaviour and party preferences;
• Questions and analysis relating to actual policy issues.

The participants receive an electronic version of the presented analysis and evaluation at the end of the briefing. Both the presentaitons and the distributed materials are in English.
